Guest Services Expert
to join our dynamic team!This full-time role is ideal for someone with a background in retail and sales who thrives in delivering exceptional service and enjoys helping clients feel their best.
Please Note: Applicants must be 19 years or older, as we are licensed to serve liquor.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude Assist with retail product sales and educate clients on product benefits Manage appointment bookings via phone, email, and text Process transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and retail area Support marketing efforts by engaging with our social media platforms
What We're Looking For:
Friendly, outgoing personality with a professional demeanor Strong communication and customer service skills Previous retail or sales experience preferred Comfortable using social media and digital tools Reliable and available to work Monday to Friday, including evenings (occasional Saturday's) Able to work 30-35 hours per week
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
