Looking to hire passionate, patient-oriented Part Time Pharmacists for our Pharmacy & Travel Clinic at this location. \xc2\xb7 Patient assessments to prescribe new medications/extend existing medications \xc2\xb7 Travel Health Consultations \xc2\xb7 Chronic Disease Management via medication reviews \xc2\xb7 Administration of medications by injection \xc2\xb7 Point of Care screening/swabs \xc2\xb7 Providing lab requisitions and interpreting lab results \xc2\xb7 Collaboration with other HCPs to establish circles of care for patients \xc2\xb7 Dispensary activity and pharmacy workflow activity as required \xc2\xb7 Counselling patients on prescription medication use Required Qualification \xc2\xb7 Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy \xc2\xb7 Alberta Pharmacist License \xc2\xb7 Additional Prescribing Authorization (APA) \xc2\xb7 Injection Certification required \xc2\xb7 A minimum level C First Aid certification \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Kroll\xc2\xae pharmacy software an asset \xc2\xb7 Exceptional customer relations skills and a strong sense of professionalism \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills \xc2\xb7 Strong problem-solving skills including the experience formulating and executing action plans Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Salary: $60.00-$68.00 per hour Expected hours: 25 \xe2\x80\x93 40 per week Benefits:
