The Laundry Brothers is hiring a

Laundry Professional

to join our growing team. This is a permanent full-time position for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working in a team, and wants to be part of a company that is changing the way people think about laundry services.

In this role, you'll be at the core of our operations--sorting, washing, drying, folding, and finishing laundry so that every customer receives a high-quality order, on time, every time. We're looking for dependable people who care about efficiency, detail, and consistency.

Compensation

$3,333-$3,750/month - Permanent Full-Time Up to $500/month performance bonus Benefits after probation

What You'll Do

Sort & inspect laundry for colour, fabric type, stains, or special instructions Operate commercial washers and dryers safely and efficiently Measure and use detergents and chemicals properly Fold, finish, and package garments to company standards Keep the workspace and equipment clean, organized, and safe Work with the team to meet deadlines and deliver consistent results

What We're Looking For

Some experience in a laundry facility or related environment (preferred) Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work Reliability and punctuality--you show up ready to contribute Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining standards Physically able to lift up to 35 lbs of laundry
