full-time Kitchen Prep & Line Cook
to support daily kitchen operations. We are looking for someone reliable, efficient, and detail-oriented who can handle both prep work and line cooking to maintain consistency and high-quality standards.
Responsibilities
Prep Duties
Wash, chop, and prepare vegetables, meats, and other ingredients
Portion ingredients according to recipes
Label, date, and store all prepped items properly
Maintain cleanliness of prep areas, tools, and equipment
Assist with morning kitchen setup and organization
Line Cook Duties
Cook and assemble dishes following Golden Bell's recipes and standards
Maintain proper cooking techniques, timing, and presentation
Restock ingredients and supplies during service
Keep the cooking line clean, organized, and safe
Assist with closing duties such as cleaning, storing food, and equipment shutdown
Communicate clearly with the kitchen team and front-of-house
Requirements
Valid Food Safety certification is required
Previous prep or line cook experience preferred
Ability to multitask between prep and cooking responsibilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Must be fluent in English to support our diverse team
Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
Must be available to work any time between 10:00 AM and 12:00 AM
