Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Associate to join our team. Duties

Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process customer orders accurately and efficiently Handle cash, credit card transactions, and perform cashiering duties with attention to detail Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established standards Assist customers with menu selections and provide exceptional customer service Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and food prep zones Follow food safety protocols to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation of food items Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service Support food preparation tasks as needed, including basic cooking or assembly of menu items Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards at all times

Skills

Experience with POS systems, particularly Micros POS preferred Previous experience in the food industry or food service environment is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and order calculations Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Barista experience or serving background is a plus Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers
