Full Time Jr Property Manager For Busy Real Estate Office

Are you a dynamic and organized professional with experience in real estate? Our busy real estate office is looking for a skilled

Leasing Coordinator & Office Runner

to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable managing administrative tasks, interacting with clients, and handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Administrative & Compliance Tasks:



Utilize

Buildium

, an online property management software (prior experience preferred). Maintain an electronic filing system using

Google Drive

. Submit necessary documentation in

Transaction Rooms

for file compliance. Prepare various legal documents including

Agreements to Lease, Listing Agreements, N4 Notices, N9 Notices, and more

. Manage paperwork with clients through

DocuSign

. Upload and manage listings on

MLS

. Create and manage

deal sheets in Excel

and

Google Forms

. Update and maintain company

social media platforms and website

. Track and follow up on pending matters with excellent attention to detail.

Client & Tenant Relations:



Develop and maintain strong relationships with

clients and tenants

through professional communication. Provide assistance in

preparing and negotiating lease offers

.

Property Management & Inspections:



Conduct

property inspections

and document necessary repairs. Coordinate

repairs and cleaning

services. Manage

installations of lockboxes

and required documentation. Capture and edit

property photos

for online listings. Arrange and coordinate

key management tasks

(copies, exchanges, etc.).

General Office & Errands:



Manage a high volume of emails (

50 - 80 emails daily

). Run various office errands as needed. Multitask effectively while maintaining strong attention to detail. Take initiative in problem-solving and addressing challenges in property management and client relations.

Requirements:



Prior experience in a

real estate office

. Comfortable handling

accounting-related tasks

. Highly organized with exceptional

multitasking abilities

. Strong initiative and ability to

work proactively

. Excellent

written and verbal communication skills

in English. Proficiency in

DocuSign, MLS, Webforms, Excel, Microsoft Word, Google Drive, and social media platforms

.
