Job Description

Sun Valley Co-op is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Coordinator to lead HR initiatives across its retail operations. The HR Coordinator provides administrative and coordination support for HR activities. This role works with management to ensure accurate and timely execution of HR processes.


Key Responsibilities


Assisting in Recruitment Activities Onboarding & Training Compliance & Administration Performance & Development Qualifications


Relevant experience in Human Resources Knowledge of Manitoba labor laws and retail employment practices Experience with payroll systems and HRIS platforms Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills How to apply:
