Position : FOH Retail Sales Associate & Tasting Guide ( Full time)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Retail & Customer Service

Deliver warm, informative customer service in-store Share product knowledge and guide customers through selections Take and fulfill orders, including preparing drinks Respond to customer inquiries via phone Package chocolate and confections with care Maintain store cleanliness, including end-of-day duties
Chocolate Tasting Experiences

Lead chocolate tastings for public and private groups Speak knowledgeably about chocolate origins and tasting notes Set up and clean up tasting areas Create a welcoming and educational experience

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or food service Strong verbal communication skills Comfortable speaking in front of groups Able to work independently and in a team Attention to detail and consistency Calm under pressure and multitasking Able to follow company procedures Able to stand or sit for long periods Available weekends and holidays Legally eligible to work in Canada (citizen, permanent resident, or valid work visa)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
