At the time of the interview applicant must be able to produce proof of completion of the following prerequisites: * Immunization Record

• Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination Status (Site Requirement)
• A Valid Ontario Security Guard License
• First Aid & CPR \xe2\x80\x93 Level C
• Proficient in English (both oral and written)

Successful completion of the following requirements provided by Paladin are mandatory prior to placement: * Management of Aggressive Behavior

• Use of Force
• Baton Training
• Report Writing
• Additional courses as assigned
• Able to obtain clearance of a Vulnerable Sector Check

Upon hire successful applicants will be required to complete the following Paladin online courses: * Customer Service

• Patrol Procedures
• Diversity Awareness
• Finding The OHS Manual
• OHS Orientation
• Dealing with People with Mental Illness
• Workplace Respect
• Slips, Trips and Falls

Certification Requirements (Any)

Standard First Aid, CPR Level C
Valid Ontario Security License

This is a Full-Time position Rotation 06:00 - 14:00/14:00 - 22:00.
