As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated individual to join our sales team as a full-time Customer Support Agent. The Customer Support Agent position is a great opportunity for someone who wants to kickstart their career in sales while also having opportunities for professional progress and development in a supportive team environment.

As a part of our team as a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for managing new and existing client accounts face to face, maximizing sales opportunities, and creating long-lasting relationships with both Rogers and local customers in the region. Full-Time Customer Support Agent Responsibilities



Manage client accounts, track sales transactions and client interactions, and ensure customer satisfaction and that sales goals are being met Engage with new and existing clients, building long-lasting relationships and providing excellent customer service to each client Attend weekly meetings with the sales team and other Customer Support Agents to develop and implement improved sales strategies aimed at increasing sales performance Consistently meet sales goals set for the Customer Support Agent by proactively identifying sales opportunities Lead and mentor other Customer Support Agent team members in improving sales techniques and customer service skills, working towards a future account management role

Full-Time Customer Support Agent Qualifications



A high school diploma or equivalent is required 1-2 years of previous experience as a Customer Support Agent, working in sales, customer service, or related field is preferred Strong organization skills and excellent attention to detail Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and within a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$58,000.01 per year

8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday
