JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITY OF CSR POSITION \xc2\xb7 Telephone reception \xe2\x80\x93 answer and distribute incoming telephone calls. \xc2\xb7 Daily maintenance and action appointment files using Progi-Sync\xc2\xa9 app. \xc2\xb7 Download insurance assignments using computer applications. \xc2\xb7 Collect important communication information: e-mail addresses, cell phone numbers, etc. \xc2\xb7 Call, e-mail or text customers to arrange dates/times of the received insurance assignments, as required. \xc2\xb7 Arrange towing requirements for non-drivable vehicles, ensuring insurance company cost containment is authorized beforehand. \xc2\xb7 Arrange rental car requirements ensuring insurance company cost containment is authorized as per customer\xe2\x80\x99s insurance policy. \xc2\xb7 Schedule and record new estimate appraisal and outbound delivery appointments \xc2\xb7 Daily update maintenance of our customer\xe2\x80\x99s existing rental cars using Enterprise\xe2\x80\x99s ARMS\xc2\xa9 app. \xc2\xb7 Daily update maintenance of existing in-shop jobs using Mitchell Job Connect\xc2\xa9 and Qapter\xc2\xa9 app. \xc2\xb7 Daily update of job movement and delivery records in Mitchell RepairCentre\xc2\xa9 app. \xc2\xb7 Update insurance files regarding deductible owing status. \xc2\xb7 Receive and post all job-specific parts and sublet invoices in Mitchell RepairCentre\xc2\xa9 app. \xc2\xb7 Collect and record payments for repair orders, deposits, deductibles and completed jobs. \xc2\xb7 Prepare, post and file all repair package deliveries in the appropriate app. \xc2\xb7 Receive and refer customer inquiries to the appropriate staff member. Maintain necessary office supplies as required Job Type: Full-time Salary: $15.50-$24.29 per hour Benefits:
