What You'll Be Doing .

You'll support with:

Personal care routines and assisted transfers (including lifts) Daily activities, meal prep, and educational enrichment Use of assistive technology (mobility + communication) Scheduling and attending life events and appointments Maintaining a calm, clean, and supportive environment
This role is part of a small, respectful team--you'll collaborate with others but also work independently. You'll be trusted, supported, and counted on.

Who You Are

You're not just experienced--you're present, dependable, and kind.

You:

Have

5+ years

of hands-on caregiving and PSW-level experience Hold a

valid driver's license

and have access to your own vehicle Are comfortable with

assisted lifting, mobility equipment, and AAC tools

Live within

30 minutes of Saint John, NB

and are legally allowed to work in Canada Value

discretion, dignity, and privacy

in a family home environment Are looking for a

full-time, stable role

--not a side gig or temp position Are scent-free, non-smoking, and respectful of home sensitivities

Schedule

Day shifts start at 8:00 AM

Monday to Friday

base schedule (35-40 hrs/week)

Occasional

evenings and weekends

$26.00-$27.50/hour
