Mik Cafe is under new ownership! The new owner is young, ambitious, and passionate about creating a modern, community-focused cafe. We're a small team dedicated to serving high-quality espresso, great food, and genuine customer experiences.

Who We're Looking For

We're searching for an experienced barista who isn't just looking for a job but is passionate about coffee as a craft. Someone who values consistency, cares about customer service, and enjoys being part of a small, tight-knit team.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve espresso-based beverages and brewed coffee to standard Provide friendly, professional customer service Maintain a clean, organized workspace and assist with cafe upkeep Help train and support part-time team members when needed Contribute ideas and energy as we grow the cafe under new ownership

Qualifications

1+ year of experience as a barista in a cafe environment Strong espresso and milk-steaming skills (latte art a plus) Experience in a fast paced environment and with food delivery apps Excellent communication and customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and a true team player Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
