We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Perform a variety of dental procedures including general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, and dental extractions. Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed in all clinical settings. Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide optimal patient care. Educate patients on oral health maintenance and preventive care strategies. Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and techniques to improve patient outcomes.

Skills

Proficient in using dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, and Dentrix. Strong understanding of dental terminology and medical terminology relevant to the field. Knowledge of anatomy related to dentistry and proficiency in medical imaging techniques. Experience with root canal therapy and other endodontic procedures. Familiarity with dental fabrication processes for prosthetics. Excellent patient care skills with a focus on building rapport and trust with patients. Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining high standards of care. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in medical documentation.
