: Full-time and Part-time Sales Associates

Sales Associate Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding customer service in an inviting shopping atmosphere. Ensure the store is visually appealing and well-organized. Collaborate effectively with team members, sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions. Execute point-of-sale transactions and handle merchandising tasks, including receiving shipments and stocking shelves. Engage customers and encourage participation in our loyalty program.

Job Requirements:

Must be at least 19 years of age. Excellent customer service skills. Positive attitude and teamwork orientation. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and staff. Physical capability to lift 20-25 kg boxes. Basic calculation skills for cash register operation. Valid Serving It Right certificate (or readiness to obtain). Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
