Responsibilities

Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for efficient order processing and cash handling. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including kitchen equipment and dining areas. Uphold food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling techniques. Assist in upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Previous experience in the food service industry or restaurant environment is preferred but not mandatory. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with food preparation and serving is a plus. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
