Position Overview:

We are looking for a full-time Academic Success Advisor to guide families through enrollment, monitor student progress, and support both academic and administrative needs. This role is ideal for someone passionate about

student success, education, and family engagement

.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist families with enrollment, onboarding, and program selection Develop, implement, and monitor individualized learning plans Track student academic progress and provide regular updates to parents Collaborate with tutors to ensure effective learning strategies are applied Maintain accurate student records, schedules, and reports Represent the Academy at events, meetings, or community programs as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Child Development, or a related field 2+ years of experience in academic advising, student support, or educational services Familiarity with Ontario curriculum for Grades 3-8 preferred Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills Proficiency in MS Office; experience with LMS or CRM systems is an asset Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
