About the Role

We are looking for a

Full-Stack Developer

with strong technical expertise, a passion for problem-solving, and the ability to align with our company's vision and best practices. You will work on a wide range of client and internal projects -- from enhancing reporting platforms to developing new web and web-based applications.

What You'll Do

Enhance and upgrade our

internal reporting/tools platform

. Develop and maintain

client-facing web-based applications

. Create

custom reports

using SQL and visualization tools (Tableau/Superset). Implement new features and improve

existing applications

. Ensure quality assurance (QA) across all apps and tools. Collaborate with the team to design scalable solutions with proper architecture and infrastructure. Contribute to

website development

for both clients and internal use. Follow company coding standards, documentation practices, and security guidelines.

What We're Looking For

Core Skills & Experience

Strong proficiency in

Python

(with Pandas and modern data libraries). Solid

SQL

skills. Strong front-end development:

JavaScript, HTML, CSS

. Knowledge of

API design, integration, and optimization

. Experience deploying and managing applications on

AWS (preferred)

or similar cloud platforms. Hands-on experience with

Snowflake

and

Tableau/Superset

(or similar BI/visualization tools). Strong knowledge of

Linux environments

and command-line workflows. Experience in

AI/ML

Additional Technical Skills (Nice to Have)

Familiarity with

Apache

and

Laravel

. Understanding of

cloud-native development

(Docker, Kubernetes, serverless). Knowledge of

security best practices

and performance optimization.
