Horizon Family Dentistry is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team. We are a growing private practice with an amazing team!

Job Summary:

The primary purpose of the Dental Hygienist is to ensure that patients' dental procedures are conducted in a safe, efficient, and accurate manner. The Dental Hygienist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining high professional standards.

Essential Functions:

Understand and implement patient care protocols (e.g., post-op instructions, hand hygiene, etc.)

Provide patients with an excellent post-operative oral care experience Provide patients with educational materials and on-site support when needed Conduct routine dental hygiene tasks, including brushing, flossing, cleaning crowns, bridges, and check ups Develop and maintain patient charts (including all necessary documentation) Adhere to scheduled appointments and work schedule Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with legal requirements Develop and maintain relationships with dentists and other dental professionals to promote patient care Collaborate with the office manager on new patient intake and marketing efforts Develop and maintain quality clinical documentation for patients (including charts) Develop and maintain relationships with other dental professionals to promote patient care standards Perform other duties as assigned by management

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour
