to join our Finance team. This hands-on role is perfect for a detail-oriented accountant who thrives on managing accounting operations, preparing reports, and supporting financial processes while contributing to a collaborative and growing team.

Position Overview:



Reporting to the Controller, the Full-Cycle Accountant is responsible for day-to-day accounting operations, supporting monthly and year-end reporting, assisting with payroll, and ensuring accurate financial records. This role contributes to process improvements and supports the Finance team in analysis and reporting projects.



Key Responsibilities:




Process and review invoices, payments, and expense reports accurately. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. Maintain timely AP/AR operations for domestic and import transactions. Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations. Prepare journal entries, accruals, and support month-end close activities. Investigate discrepancies or unusual transactions. Prepare routine financial reports for management review. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Support cost tracking and inventory reconciliations with operations. Assist in processing payroll and reconciling deductions and benefits. Maintain payroll records with strict confidentiality. Use ERP systems (Microsoft Business Central preferred) for accounting entries and reporting. Build reports and dashboards in Excel to support financial analysis. Support finance process improvements and automation projects.Assist the Controller with audits, documentation, and special projects.



Qualifications & Skills

:


Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 3 years of full-cycle accounting experience (manufacturing or distribution experience is a plus). Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts) and ERP systems. Strong understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, and reporting. Detail-oriented, organised, and capable of working independently. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Process-driven mindset with a willingness to learn and improve.
