Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Full-time and Part-time Midnight Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to provide exceptional care to residents in assisted living and nursing home settings. The ideal candidates will have experience working with seniors, individuals with disabilities, or those requiring dementia care. This role involves supporting residents with daily activities, medication administration, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Duties

Assist residents with personal care routines, including bathing, dressing, and grooming Support residents with mobility and transfers to promote independence and safety Administer medications accurately following care plans and protocols Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, fostering a caring environment Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning resident rooms and common areas Monitor residents' health status and report any concerns to supervisory staff Document care provided in compliance with facility policies and procedures Engage residents in recreational activities to promote mental stimulation and well-being

Requirements

Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or home care is preferred Knowledge of senior care, dementia care, medication administration, and working with people with disabilities is highly desirable Compassionate nature with excellent communication skills Ability to work overnight shifts (midnights) on a full-time or part-time basis Strong caregiving skills combined with patience and empathy Ability to follow detailed care plans and safety protocols Certification as a Personal Support Worker (PSW) or equivalent is an asset but not mandatory; training opportunities are available for qualified candidates Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to providing high-quality resident care

Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
