Responsibilities

Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts to facilitate the movement of goods. Perform order picking and packing accurately to meet shipping deadlines. Load and unload shipments efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain an organized workspace, ensuring that all materials are stored properly. Assist in shipping and receiving processes, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation. Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations and improve efficiency. Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any mechanical issues. Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in warehouse distribution or related fields is preferred. Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as required by the job. Strong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. A valid forklift certification is preferred but not mandatory; training may be provided.

Pay: From $17.50 per hour
