What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2+ years at a previous place of employment

(demonstrated reliability and commitment). Previous

reception, customer service, or veterinary/medical office experience

strongly preferred. Outstanding

communication and interpersonal skills

multi-tasking ability

- phones, scheduling, and client check-ins all come naturally to you. Tech-savvy with comfort using

practice management software, email, and digital communication tools

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism. Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing client communications. Processing payments, invoices, and maintaining accurate records. Supporting veterinary staff by ensuring the front desk runs smoothly. Handling sensitive client and patient information with confidentiality and care.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
