Supervise and support staff during assigned shifts.
Ensure smooth store operations, including fuel, convenience store, and food service areas.
Deliver excellent customer service and handle escalated issues or complaints.
Oversee cash handling, daily deposits, and register balancing.
Monitor inventory levels, restock as needed, and report shortages.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment in compliance with safety and food-handling standards.
Train, coach, and motivate team members to perform at their best.
Complete shift paperwork, logs, and reports accurately.
Act as the manager-on-duty when ownership/management is not present.
Diligently sell age-restricted products (Tobacco/Lottery)
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in retail, gas station, or food service (supervisory experience an asset).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to problem-solve and make decisions independently.
Comfortable with cash handling and basic computer/POS systems.
Must be available to work WEEKEND mornings
