Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Stocking Associate to join our retail team. This role is essential in maintaining organized and well-stocked store shelves to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude toward store maintenance and customer service. Duties

Restock shelves with merchandise, ensuring products are properly organized and labeled Assist customers by providing friendly and efficient customer service, answering questions, and locating items Operate forklifts and other equipment safely when necessary for heavy or bulk items Maintain cleanliness of the sales floor, stockroom, and work areas through regular cleaning and organization Perform cashiering duties as needed, including processing transactions accurately Support merchandising efforts by setting up displays and promotional materials Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment and store fixtures to ensure safety and functionality Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or discrepancies to management Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure shopping environment

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales, merchandising, or stocking preferred Forklift certification or experience operating forklifts is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers Bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving a broader customer base Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking and store presentation Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Good communication skills for teamwork and customer interactions Basic cleaning and maintenance knowledge helpful for keeping the store tidy and safe

Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour
