Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

To be responsible for the full preparation and stocking of the Soup, Sandwich, Chill & Grill department; To efficiently prepare sandwiches, soups and salads according to Company standards for food preparation and appearance; To serve customers in an efficient and friendly manner; To respond to any customer inquiries, requests and complaints ensuring courteous customer relations at all times; To assist the department manager in the training and direction of part time staff; To maintain the department in the absence of the department manager; To ensure that the safety and sanitation of the department meet with Company policies and standards; To perform other general duties, as assigned.

The Ideal Candidate Would Possess:

Must possess a minimum of three (3) years food preparation experience, experience in food preparation a definite asset; Flexibility to work a variety of hours which include days, evenings and weekends; Must have excellent organizational, verbal communication and interpersonal skills; Must possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
