We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) to join our team! The ideal candidate will be reliable, hardworking, flexible, and passionate about supporting children's learning and development in a nurturing environment. We are currently looking for someone who enjoys working with School Agers.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement age-appropriate, engaging, and inclusive programs in alignment with How Does Learning Happen?and the DROC framework. Create and maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment. Conduct ongoing observations and documentation to support planning and assessment of children's development. Collaborate effectively with team members, families, and community partners to support each child's unique needs. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Ensure compliance with all CCEYA and public health regulations. Be flexible and adaptable to the evolving needs of the program.

Qualifications:

Registered and in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators (CECE). Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an RECE in a licensed child care setting. Strong knowledge and practical application of DROC and How Does Learning Happen?*
Proven ability to plan, implement, and assess developmentally appropriate, play-based programs. Excellent observation, documentation, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively and respectfully as part of ateam. Current Standard First Aid & CPR-C certification. Valid Vulnerable Sector Check.
