We're is currently seeking 6 motivated individuals to join our Sales and department. As a Sales and Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service to our customers while driving revenue growth for our company.

Responsibilities:

Interact with customers in-person, over the phone, and via email to address their inquiries, provide product information, and assist with purchasing decisionso Proactively engage with potential customers to promote our products and services and drive sales conversionso Maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate value propositions to customerso Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless customer experience
Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferredo Excellent communication and interpersonal skillso Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailo Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
