Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service. Supervise daily operations, including staff scheduling, training, and performance management. Assist customers with inquiries and provide product recommendations to enhance their shopping experience. Manage inventory levels and ensure proper merchandising standards are maintained. Handle payroll processing and assist with budgeting activities as required. Utilize math skills for cash handling, including cashiering duties and ensuring accurate transactions. Maintain effective communication with team members to foster a collaborative work environment. Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth while monitoring performance metrics.

Experience

Proven experience in sales management or a supervisory role within a retail or customer service environment is preferred. Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Proficiency in math for handling cash transactions and payroll responsibilities. Familiarity with budgeting processes and inventory management is advantageous. Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and team members alike.
