We are seeking a dedicated Full Time Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing excellent customer service, engaging customers through product demonstrations, and contributing to a positive shopping experience. This role involves assisting customers with their purchases, managing merchandise, and supporting store operations to ensure smooth daily functions. Prior experience in retail sales and strong communication skills are highly valued, along with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store Operate POS systems efficiently for sales transactions, returns, and exchanges Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits Upsell products and promote special offers to maximize sales opportunities Manage merchandising tasks including stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining store appearance Handle cashiering duties with accuracy in cash handling and retail math calculations Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Supervise or assist in supervising team members when needed, ensuring excellent teamwork Maintain phone etiquette when communicating with customers or vendors over the phone Support inventory management through stock replenishment and inventory checks Assist with general store maintenance to ensure a clean and welcoming environment

Skills

Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities preferred for diverse customer interactions Experience with POS systems, cashiering, and retail math calculations Proven customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to perform product demos effectively and upsell merchandise confidently Supervising experience is a plus for leadership roles within the team Knowledge of merchandising, stocking, and retail sales techniques Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately Phone etiquette for professional communication over the phone Experience working in grocery stores or similar retail environments is advantageous
