to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and being part of a well-established, reputable brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to all customers upon arrival. Assist customers with their inquiries, ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Guide guests to appropriate areas of the store, ensuring smooth traffic flow. Be willing to consistently complement and update knowledge about our products Manage guest queues efficiently to ensure timely and courteous service. Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities. Positive attitude and a welcoming presence to engage with guests. Mandarin and English speaking are preferred*
Previous retail and sales experience preferred*
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
