to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and being part of a well-established, reputable brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to all customers upon arrival. Assist customers with their inquiries, ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Guide guests to appropriate areas of the store, ensuring smooth traffic flow. Maintain a clean and organized entry area, ensuring the space is tidy and well-stocked. Manage guest queues efficiently to ensure timely and courteous service. Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities. Positive attitude and a welcoming presence to engage with guests. Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin is

required

. Sales experience is an asset Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
