Engage in technology sales by effectively communicating product specifications and advantages. Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandising practices. Operate POS systems for transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling and cashiering duties. Manage time efficiently to meet sales goals while providing attentive service to all customers. Exhibit strong phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries. Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives and foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales or technical sales is preferred. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse customers. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with customers. A proactive approach to upselling products based on customer needs and preferences. Familiarity with technology products is a plus, along with the ability to learn new technologies quickly. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service in every interaction.
