Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Deliver a world-class customer experience every time someone walks into a GBS location. \xc2\xb7 Become a wireless/IT expert. \xc2\xb7 Learn our products and services at a level where you can teach them to our clients. \xc2\xb7 Proactively practice your sales techniques with your teammates. \xc2\xb7 Goal setting and results planning activities with your team. - Daily coaching conversations with your leads. \xc2\xb7 Use the TELUS online activation system and our POS system to process your transactions. \xc2\xb7 Process contracts and other administration work required by the position. - Open or Close the store location and be available to work any shift the retail location is open. \xc2\xb7 Ability to adapt to the evolving wireless/IT technology that drives our industry. \xc2\xb7 Have a passion to work in an exciting and very competitive wireless/IT industry that is changing the ways people work, live and play.
