Glendale Early Learning is a licensed full day Non-profit child care centre serving families from infant to 4 years. Glendale offers children a positive stmosphere where they can learn socially, independently, emotionally, physically and intellectually. Qualifications

Registered with the College of ECE's and in good standing Diploma in ECE from an accredited Canadian Institution( or deemed equivalent) Current standard first aid CPR/CPR-C certification Up to date immunizations Clear vulnerable sector screening Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in planning and implementing inclusive play-based learning activities that aligns with How Does Learning Happen Ability to build strong relationships with young children, families and team members QCCN Certified Experience working in a child care setting

Develop and implement age-appropriate programs that foster children's cognitive, social, emotional and physical development Provide guidance and mentorship to children within the classroom Maintain a safe, healthy and stimulating learning environment Clean children's washrooms, classrooms and hallways Observe and document children's learning experiences, ensuring alignment with Ontario's Early Learning framework Establish positive and open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and development Collaborate with and support team members creating a positive work environment Ensure compliance with the Child Care and Early Years Act and other industry policies and procedures Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures Foster an inclusive environment that respects and celebrates diversity Attend staff meetings, training and professional development as required
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.86-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
