Are you an experienced receptionist with a passion for people and a love for animals? We're a growing veterinary clinic looking for a confident, organized, and compassionate individual to join our front-end team.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position, 4 days a week (average 32-34 hours a week),

with weekends off

. As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and supportive environment. Veterinary reception can be emotionally intense at times--successful candidates must be able to remain calm, professional, and empathetic during stressful or emotionally charged situations. This position is expected to start late July - mid August

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 5 years of customer service experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Computer proficiency and ability to learn new software

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Confidence, maturity, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

The ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism
