We're looking for a professional, energetic, and reliable server who can deliver outstanding hospitality in a fast-paced, busy environment. If you're ambitious and show leadership, there's an opportunity to grow into a Front of House Supervisor role.
Position Details
Full-time position (up to 44 hrs/week) Availability required: at least 3 weekdays + 2 weekend shifts Hours: 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM (Sunday until 7:00 PM) Location: Square One Shopping Centre, Mississauga
What You'll Do
Welcome and serve guests with professionalism and warmth Take orders, run food, and process payments with accuracy Support the FOH team, ensuring smooth service and a clean, organized space Enforce company rules and uphold high hospitality standards Show initiative and help lead by example in a fast-paced environment Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
Requirements
Minimum 1 year serving experience Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks, follow rules, and use common sense Honest, dependable, and adaptable High energy level and comfortable working long shifts Bilingual (English & Mandarin) is a strong asset
