Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) - Full-Time

Location:

Cochrane, Alberta

Schedule:

Tuesday: 11:30 AM - 7:30 PM Wednesday to Friday: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Fridays begin 1-2x/month, growing to a consistent 4-day work week

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced

Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)

to join our well-established, patient-centered dental practice. This opportunity comes as we bid a warm farewell to a valued hygienist relocating out of province. You'll be stepping into a fully booked schedule with a loyal patient base that values continuity of care and preventative oral health.

Our conservative, team-oriented practice prioritizes patient relationships and long-term oral health. We schedule

70-minute hygiene appointments

and strive for patients to see the

same hygienist each visit

, ensuring consistency and trust. We are looking for someone who is professional, compassionate, and committed to excellence in patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform dental cleanings and comprehensive hygiene treatments Take and review dental x-rays Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care Administer local anesthesia as permitted Maintain accurate and thorough patient records Sterilize and maintain instruments and equipment Foster positive relationships through excellent patient communication and care

Qualifications:

Current and valid

Dental Hygienist license in Alberta

Minimum

5 years of experience

as a practicing RDH Strong interpersonal and communication skills Passionate about preventive care and long-term patient relationships
