Our childcare centre requires on-call educators for our I/T, Group 3 -5 year old, preschool & afterschool programs.
Mandatory Requirements:
? A valid first aid certificate
? A clear Criminal Record Review
? Current Responsible Adult 20 hr training /Early Childhood Educator/Assistant Certificate
Key Duties:
? Ensures ongoing compliance with the Community Care Facilities Act and Childcare Licensing Regulation
? Contributes to the maintenance of program records (including attendance records, medical and emergency information, dietary instructions and parental consent forms)
? Administers first aid and medication in accordance with established policy
? Maintains a quality child care environment and program
? Reports on progress and behaviour of children, communicates with parents
? Maintains written and verbal confidentiality regarding children and families

Salary: $16.00 to $18.00 /hour
