Dental Receptionist - Part-Time or Full-Time



Location:Hastings & Nanaimo, Vancouver

We are a friendly, well-established general dental practice seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our supportive team.

What You'll Do:



Greet and assist patients Answer calls/emails, schedule & confirm appointments Insurance breakdowns & coverage confirmation Collect payments & coordinate insurance claims Follow up on treatment plans General office administration

What We're Looking For:



3+ years dental reception experience (required) Tracker software experience (asset) Strong communication & organizational skills Reliable, friendly, and team-oriented

Benefits:



Dental care On-site parking Flexible schedule

Hours:

24-40 per week, Mon-Fri (no weekends)

$28.00-$35.00/hour (based on experience): $28.00-$35.00/hour (based on experience)
