Essential Responsibilities\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xaf\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xaf

Operate snowplow trucks, wheel loaders, and other heavy equipment as required\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xaf\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xaf

Maintain Ontario Provincial Highways on a seasonal or year-round basis, including assisting with Labourer duties (pothole repair, guardrail repair, bridge and signage cleaning, hazard remediation, etc.)\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xaf\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xaf

Work outside in all weather conditions\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xaf\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xaf

Qualifications\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xaf\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xaf

Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xaf\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xaf

Must possess a valid AZ or DZ driver\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x99s license\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xaf\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xaf

Must provide a copy of a 3-year driver\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x99s abstract\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xaf\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xaf

Previous experience operating a snowplow truck and/or wheel loader is a strong asset\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xaf\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xaf

Applicants that reside in Wawa, Ontario will be given preference due to the location of the work

As we respond to various weather patterns, some shift work, on-call, and night shift will be required\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xaf
