LSM Lee's Sheet Metal is looking for a full time Residential Office Assistant to provide clerical and administrative support in a fast-paced environment. The Office Assistant duties are: data entry, answering telephone calls and/or respond to walk-in inquiries, take/relay messages, customer job scheduling, writing work orders, complete tasks related to incoming and outgoing mail, invoicing, sales receipts, receive payments (debit, credit card, cash, cheques), schedule meetings, and perform other tasks as requested.
The successful applicant will have good typing speed and accuracy, strong interpersonal and communication skills to deal effectively with the public and coworkers, good organizational and administrative skills, and the ability to prioritize work ensuring deadlines are met. Ability to maintain confidentiality, use discretion, tact, and diplomacy are also required.
