We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Leader to join our team in a fast-paced culinary environment. The Kitchen Leader will play a crucial role in overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and safety, managing staff, and delivering exceptional customer service. This position requires strong leadership skills, culinary expertise, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic setting.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring adherence to recipes and presentation standards.
Train, develop, and mentor kitchen staff to enhance their skills and performance.
Maintain cleanliness in accordance with health regulations. .
Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and leadership.
Collaborate with management on planning for special events such as catering or large groups
Ensure exceptional customer experience by service the best quality food, on time, in a clean, safe and happy environment.
Experience
Proven experience in food service management or a similar role within quick service or fast food restaurants.
Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food handling and preparation
Experience with staff training, development, and shift management is essential.
Previous supervisory experience in a kitchen setting is an asset, but not required, along with strong leadership skills.
