Duties

Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest needs and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and prepare reports for management review. Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently, responding to calls with professionalism and courtesy. Assist guests with reservations, inquiries, and requests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and satisfaction. Uphold high standards of hospitality by maintaining cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.

Requirements

Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Familiarity with night audit processes is advantageous. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Proficient in using multi-line phone systems and basic office equipment. Excellent phone etiquette combined with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently during night shifts while managing multiple tasks effectively. A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and guest services.
