As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, serving customers, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Responsibilities

Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards Operate the Point of Sale (POS) s Provide excellent customer service by taking orders accurately and efficiently Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling practices Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including kitchen equipment and dining areas Assist with upselling menu items to enhance customer experience Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the quality and safety of all food products Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Skills

Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a busy environment Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings preferred Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests Experience with serving food and beverages in a fast-paced setting Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.20-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 44 per week
