Job Description

We're seeking a Medical Office Assistant who is available Saturday's and Weekday shifts at both Capilano Medical Centre (5818 Terrace Rd) and Westmount Medical Centre (11035 Groat Rd)

Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting and checking in patients Handling phone calls and directing patient inquiries, managing multiple phone lines seamlessly Efficiently booking appointments and referrals Diligently following up on worklists and callbacks Assisting doctors with patients, ensuring a smooth flow of operations Conducting vital signs checks, height, weight, and blood pressure monitoring, eye tests, etc. Assisting in setting up for various procedures, such as paps, physicals, etc.

Requirements:

MUST HAVE MINIMUM HEALTHQUEST EXPERIENCE*
MOA experience Exceptional communication skills A knack for multitasking Flexibility and reliability A friendly, professional and approachable demeanor Stellar time management skills Meticulous attention to detail Ability to excel both independently and within a team Available for both Medigroup locations
