PinPoint Health is a leading healthcare group located within the GTA and we are looking for a Part-Time Receptionist for our Downtown Toronto location; across from the CN Tower and Ripley's Aquarium!
Applicant will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of a busy and growing multidisciplinary clinic servicing the people of Toronto with Walk-In Physician, physical therapy, chiropractic, naturopathic and massage therapy services and more.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients, staff, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Manage high volume of incoming and outgoing telephone calls as well as fax and email
Scan documents and sort incoming mail
Reception for all health care practitioners (chiropractors, physiotherapists, massage therapists and naturopath)
Operate computer software to access electronic medical records and schedules
Operate point of sale transaction terminal for accepting credit and debit payments
Ensure patient confidentiality
Ensure accounting accuracy and cheque printing. Inform patients of service cost and guide them to appropriate resources for further information or assistance
Maintain cleanliness of front desk area
Strong emphasis on Marketing of all health care services within and outside PinPoint Health. The ideal candidate for this position is comfortable answering e-mails, phone calls and welcoming patients. They would be confident in scheduling appointments, taking payments and assisting with administrative work. Insurance, WSIB and MVA billing experience is a plus.
Salary: $18.00/hour
