We are seeking two dedicated individuals to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate must have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in food preparation, cooking, and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our kitchen.
These two positions are for full-time individuals with an aspiration to learn, advance, and potentially become a prep cook or a leader in our kitchen. The prep morning shift starts at 7:30 am, and the night closing shifts end at 12:30 am. You will begin as an afternoon or evening line cook. If you perform well, you could be considered for prep.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the highest quality of meals.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
Skills

Experience in food service or the restaurant industry is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
