We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Line Cook will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests by ensuring timely and consistent meal preparation.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients Ensure all food is cooked properly, presented attractively, and served promptly Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety regulations Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for replenishment Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service Follow sanitation procedures to uphold health standards in all aspects of food handling Support other kitchen staff as needed during busy periods or special events

Requirements

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Strong understanding of food handling procedures and sanitation practices Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or evenings if required Passion for the food industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals

Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
