Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Retail Keyholder/Sales Lead to join our team. In this role, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will play a crucial role in managing staff, maintaining inventory, and executing promotional strategies to enhance store performance.

Duties

Assist in managing day-to-day retail operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Supervise and train sales associates to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets. Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems for transactions, inventory management, and reporting. Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management to ensure product availability. Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance product displays and drive sales. Maintain a clean, organized store environment that reflects the brand's standards. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively while maintaining a positive shopping experience. Collaborate with the Store Manager on sales strategies and promotional activities to increase revenue.

Skills

Proficient in using POS systems for efficient transaction processing and reporting. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Proven sales skills with a focus on retail sales performance. Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Highly organized with attention to detail in managing store operations and inventory. Proficient in English; additional language skills are a plus. Technical sales knowledge is beneficial for understanding product features and benefits. Strong phone etiquette for handling customer calls professionally. Experience in cashiering and financial transactions is preferred.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
